SHOW NOTES: While it's HUGE news around the world, it's hardly gotten any coverage here in the United States. Right on the border with the US, where the United States is refusing to allow immigrants in, a new crisis is forming in Mexico.

Thousands of immigrants that expected to be seen and processed in the United States are piling up in Mexico, which is not remotely prepared to house them.

So, in a makeshift jail on the American border, nearly 40 immigrants, including, men, women, and children were all burned to death in a completely preventable fire. It's a human rights catastrophe. And it was completely preventable.

Let me unpack and explain it.
