I think the American destruction of the Minab school children and teachers in Iran represents a very frightening turning point in how the United States does war and how the public accepts it
I believe this desensitization began with the skewing of mainstream news coverage of violent crime by over 1000%. Decades ago this statistic dawned on me the realization that we are being indoctrinated to believe in a danger that doesn’t exist in the way it’s been and being portrayed. It’s brainwashing. I grew up without TV and I greatly attribute my ability to see people for who they are as a result of that lack. I’m part of a fractional population that isn’t being told what people look like, how they act and what it should make me feel on a daily basis. That’s why Americans don’t care about Gaza, Iran or even their neighbors when there’s a perceived values schism. Shame on US. We are an abomiNation. It’s othering on a grand scale, when really there is no other, we’re all interconnected. Everyone just wants a safe place to raise their children. This country has been trained to militarize that human instinct through careful culturing of hate and bigotry. Their children or ours is a false dilemma. We’d all be safer if we all were made to be safe. But there’d be no profit in that approach to economy and politics.
I personally was horrified by the attack on the Iranian school and the terrible toll of the lives taken. The more information that has been released regarding the attack has only increased my anger towards the perpetrators. Unfortunately, I don't see anything that I can personally do regarding this situation. I do hope that the future will find those responsible will be held to account for their actions, but I have reason to doubt that will ever happen. And I do recognize that there are over a hundred Iranian families that may never be able to forgive any Americans for the horror that has been done in our names.

War crimes against children (and civilians as a whole) committed in our names with our tax dollars is both inexcusable and unforgivable. I’m tired of it.
We have been spoon fed "American exceptionalism" for generations. How dare anyone ask what or where is this "exceptualism?" The other side of that coin appears to the rest of the world as arrogance and apathy, and honestly, it is embarrassing, and sickening. Yeah, those dead children blew right over our national consciousness, but then, how long does it take school shootings here to blow over? Just over our north border, that does not happen there. Do we ask why?
It should be a massive scandal, however the powers that be aren’t trying to have any of this investigated because they’re hellbent on bending to the interests of those who chose this war.
They’re feeding AI the same foolishness that has plagued this country for decades.
It's sad but true. When I talk to certain "friends", they don't care because that's happening on the other side of the world and doesn't affect their day to day activities. Even here in USA, we can have school shootings, and no one will bat an eye.
Everything is the exactly opposite to what you'd expect. We live in a country where if you speak up about children being killed on the other side of the world, you can lose your job, or your platform. We live in a society where PDF Files and the corrupt are protected.

Not defending the bombing but who puts a school next to a weapons depot in a building earlier info indicated it was a military use building? Of course we would not be there at all if Iran wasn't playing nice with nuclear weapons grade uranium and supporting Hamas, houthis and other terrorists groups
