A white Oklahoma woman was charged after resisting arrest after she was pulled over for a broken tail light. Debra Hamil, a 65-year-old from Guthrie, Oklahoma was caught in body cam footage refusing to sign a $80 ticket and attempting to negotiate a lesser penalty during a traffic stop in Cashion, Oklahoma. “So you don’t even give a warning for something like this?” Hamil asked the officer.
