Kenny Walker was Breonna's boyfriend, and he is a hero. On the night police broke into his home, in plain clothes, unannounced, when he and Breonna did nothing wrong, he used his legally owned firearm to protect his family. Now he's foolishly being charged with attempted murder. This cannot stand.
Kenny Walker was in a relationship with Breonna Taylor, an EMT working on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic, when she was shot eight times by police in her own apartment.
When plainclothes police officers broke into the apartment in the middle of the night, Kenny called 911, believing someone was trying to rob him and his girlfriend. He grabbed his legally owned firearm, thinking he may have to use it. He was in full compliance with the “stand your ground” laws of Kentucky, which allow residents to use force to defend themselves or their property.
Kenny Walker is now being charged with attempted murder.
In today’s episode, Shaun delves deeper into the case of Breonna Taylor, as police attempt to send her boyfriend to prison simply for trying to save her life.
