The United States Postal Service (USPS) announced plans in November to unveil a Marvin Gaye stamp and featured the stamp on its Instagram page during Black History Month. The stamp foregrounding Howard Theatre in Washington, DC, one of the venues at which Gaye performed. -->

  1. This is terrific. It can go right next to my Thelonious Monk stamps! As a side note I wonder whether stamp collecting might have a resurgence someday a la vinyl records. Probably not, but a guy can hope.

  2. Excellent! Long overdue tribute to Marvin Gaye. And now I have a new artist’s works to explore as well, Kadir Nelson is new to me, but I love his style.
