Democratic presidential contender Julián Castro recently detailed his immigration plan, which he released earlier this month. Castro is one of nearly two dozen candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination and the only Latinx person to throw their hat in the ring. The former Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary released his People First Immigration Policy on April 2.
