🏫 Yesterday was our biggest day yet. Now let’s reach $100,000. We ARE going to build this school for young orphans in Gaza!
A generous donor gave $10,000. We’re now at $81,695 from 632 supporters. Help us raise $18,305 more.
As-Salaam-Alaikum and good morning from New Jersey!
My friends, yesterday was our biggest giving day yet.
As of this morning, 632 supporters have now raised $81,695 to help us build a school for orphaned children in Gaza. That means we are almost one-third of the way to the full $250,000 goal.
And I want to tell you something that moved me deeply: one generous donor, a Muslim tech entrepreneur, gave $10,000 to help build this school for the young orphans of Gaza.
May Allah bless him, reward him, increase him, and accept it from him.
That kind of gift changes the entire pace of a campaign. But I want to be clear: it did not happen by itself. It happened alongside hundreds of other gifts from people giving $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, and more. That is how this school is going to be built. Not by one person alone, but by a community of people who refuse to let Gaza’s orphaned children be forgotten.
Now we need to push to $100,000.
We are $18,305 away.
🏫 Donate now and help us reach $100,000 for Gaza’s orphan school
I need us to understand what happened yesterday. It proved that this campaign can move. It proved that people are seeing the vision. It proved that enough donors are out there to fully fund this school if we keep asking, keep sharing, keep giving, and keep refusing to slow down.
But momentum is fragile. If we let up now, we fall behind again. If we push today, we can cross $100,000 and send a powerful message to our team on the ground in Gaza: this school is not just a dream. It is coming together.
The team in Gaza is watching this campaign. They know what we are trying to do. They know the children who need this school. And every milestone we cross gives them more confidence to plan, prepare, and believe that the funds will be there for construction.
That matters.
This school is being designed for orphaned children in Gaza ages 5–9, serving Grades 1, 2, and 3. These are children who should be learning how to read, write, count, study Qur’an, ask questions, play safely, and sit in a classroom with a teacher who knows their name. Instead, many have spent the past two years surrounded by displacement, hunger, fear, grief, and the loss of family.
A school will not erase what they have endured, but it can give them structure again. It can give them a morning routine, a desk, a whiteboard, a teacher, a courtyard, counselling support, friendship, play, and adults who are invested in their future.
🤲🏽 Give your Zakat, sadaqah, or tax-deductible donation today
The proposed school includes 6 fully equipped classrooms with space for approximately 270 children, around 45 students per classroom. It includes 6 washrooms, each with its own separate exterior entrance, an administrative office, a teachers’ room, a dedicated counsellor’s space, solar power support, electrical infrastructure, secure perimeter fencing, and an outdoor artificial grass play area.
This is a real plan for a real school for real children.
And today’s math is clear. We need $18,305 to reach $100,000. That could happen with 4 donors giving $5,000, 19 donors giving $1,000, 37 donors giving $500, 184 donors giving $100, 367 donors giving $50, 1,831 donors giving $10, or any combination of gifts large and small. The point is not that everyone gives the same amount. The point is that enough of us give what we can.
The person who can give $5 should give $5.
The person who can give $50 should give $50.
The person who can give $500 should give $500.
And if Allah has placed the capacity in your hands to give $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, $100,000, or even cover the remaining need, I am asking you directly to step forward in these blessed days.
📚 Help us move from $81,695 to $100,000 today
We are still in the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, days that Muslims believe are the most beloved days of the year for righteous deeds. These are days for prayer, fasting, charity, sacrifice, mercy, and doing what we can for those who are suffering.
For Muslims, this is a beautiful time to give Zakat and sadaqah.
For those who are not Muslim, but who care about Gaza, children, education, and justice, this is still a powerful moment to stand with us. You do not have to share my faith to share this mercy. You do not have to know every detail of Dhul Hijjah to know that orphaned children in Gaza deserve a safe place to learn.
This project is organized by Human Concern International. It is LaunchGood verified, tax-deductible, and for Muslims it is Zakat eligible.
And I want to say this clearly again: I am a full-time employee of Human Concern International and have been for more than 2 years. I do not receive fees, commissions, percentages, or personal compensation from this fundraiser.
Not a penny.
I am doing this because Gaza’s orphaned children deserve more than emergency survival. They deserve education, safety, structure, healing, and hope. Yesterday showed us what is possible when people move together. Today, I need us to build on it.

If we reach $100,000, we will have crossed one of the biggest psychological milestones in this entire campaign. It will mean we are no longer just getting started. It will mean we are truly on the way. It will mean we have raised enough for the team in Gaza to keep planning with confidence and for donors everywhere to see that this community is serious.
We cannot let up.
Yesterday was our biggest day yet.
Now let’s make today the day we push toward $100,000.
🏗️ Please give now and help us build this school for Gaza’s orphans
After you give, please forward this email to 3 people who care about Gaza, children, education, mercy, and justice. Tell them we are $18,305 away from $100,000, and that yesterday proved this school can be funded if enough of us step forward.
Love and appreciate each of you.
Your friend and brother,
Shaun

Thank you for all you do, I wish I could give!
