My boyfriend was texting an undercover police officer about selling under an ounce of weed it was 48 grams. The officer told him to come to Cobb county which is where weed is not decriminalized so that’s why he had him go there. He got there he saw all the police and ran never sold the weed left the weed in the car. While running police shot him in the back of the head. They pronounced him dead on seen he woke up 4 days later in the hospital on life support. Police officer was there and said next time I see you I will blow your brains out. He couldn’t walked dragged him from his hospital bed with blood gushing out of his head. They are trying to charge him with 8 different things that aren’t true. No officers had body camera footage all officers have a different report on what happened that night. One is saying my boyfriend shot at them one officer is saying he shot himself in the head. On the news that night an officer said suspect got a graze and no serious injuries happened. That’s not true you can see his head and see where the bullet went in and out. There’s a peice of shell that is still in his skull its 50/50 chance of survival for surgery. He just started walking again the jail says he fine and won’t give him any physical therapy. His memory is messed up and head hurtssuper bad everyday. No bullet or shell was found on the scene. If he shot himself in the head there would have been a shell right there. No bullet or shell was found because if that was found it would match the type of gun the police have. Now my friend is facing 40 years because they are saying he shot at officers and assaulted them which isn’t true. March 12th will be 3 months of incarceration we need a lawyer as soon as possible and haven’t been able to get one. We are desperate for help.
