🍲 We’re going to feed Gaza TOGETHER this Ramadan, but cannot do it without you!

As-Salaam-Alaikum and good morning to all of you who love justice and refuse to abandon Gaza. Thank you. This fundraiser is for Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

This is the third Ramadan of this genocide. And I need to say something plainly: in Gaza, a warm Iftar meal is not guaranteed. Not for mothers. Not for children. Not for elders. Not for families living in tents and rubble.

The Iftar meal is what we eat each night after an entire day of fasting.

So we launched our LaunchGood fundraiser a few weeks before Ramadan for one reason: we need the money and the food in place before night one. Not after. Not “soon.” Before.

Right now, we’ve raised $12,083 from 108 supporters toward our first goal of $25,000.

That means we’re $12,917 away from fully funding this first push, but our goal is to raise MILLIONS!

And here’s the clearest way to understand the impact:

$150 feeds a family with daily warm iftar meals for the entire month of Ramadan.

If you can do that, do it. If you can’t, give what you can. I mean that. Truly.

$25 is still food.

$5 is still a decision to not look away.

Now—because transparency matters—let me be crystal clear:

I do not take a percentage or a single penny from this fundraiser. 0.00%. Not now. Not ever. Every dollar goes to Human Concern International (HCI) for meals in Gaza.

I’m also not doing this from a distance. I’m a proud full-time employee of HCI, deeply involved in the work beyond these campaigns—helping train staff, strengthen systems, and working with trusted leaders on the ground so aid reaches people with dignity.

And yes—we will provide regular photos and updates, because you deserve to see the impact you’re making.

Here’s why I’m pushing so hard:

In 2024, during Ramadan, we raised over $3 million from 30,000 donors for Gaza. That’s what “all hands on deck” looks like. That’s what this community can do when it decides to move.

So I’m asking you to help us do it again.

Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s easy.
But because people in Gaza deserve to break their fast with dignity.

The Prophet ﷺ taught us the reward of feeding a fasting person — and I believe this is one of the cleanest acts of mercy many of us will have the chance to do this Ramadan.
