One might think that the western officials that were aware of the theft and did nothing to stop it might have a hand in the corruption.

Meanwhile Russia is sending explosives disguised as toys, putting land mines in agricultruarl land and targetting energy sources. This NOT A WAR. This is an invasion and an attempt to annihilate a countries people. Do you think Gazan officials are lilly white? The peace plan is nothing but a resource sharing deal.
