The only other substack author whose articles I keep an eye on covered this Yihzak Meir Sabo similarly on April 4th, and there were some additional details of his behavior mentioned but that was the author's analysis so may have been conjecture.

It looks like the rabbi dropped off the radar pretty fast. If he fled to Israel, they would refuse to extradite him.
