Do you see that sweet boy? His name was Moamen. This morning he was shot and killed by Israel and America while seeking food from the American death trap called the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. I feel gross even calling it that.

🚨 Gaza’s Health Ministry reports 100 killed and 513 injured in the past 24 hours amid ongoing Israeli attacks.

31 killed and 388 injured while seeking aid, bringing the aid-site toll to 1,838 killed and 13,409+ injured.

5 more deaths from starvation, including 2 children — 227 total, 103 of them children.

Overall death toll recorded at hospitals: 61,599 killed, 154,088 injured since Oct. 7.

The numbers are staggering, but here’s the truth that no one is talking about: Israel and America have now killed twice as many Palestinians seeking aid in the past three months than the total number of Israeli civilians killed on October 7th.

This isn’t a “crisis.” This is a deliberate campaign of annihilation—and what’s happening at aid sites in Gaza is not only genocidal, it’s orchestrated.

These deaths are not the result of “chaos” or “mistakes.” This is policy.

And the people who are being shot, killed, and maimed? They’re not armed. They’re not “dangerous.” They are, as Doctors Without Borders said, just trying to survive. They’re people lined up for bread, for water, for medical care—and they’re being targeted by the Israeli military for doing so.

💔 Gaza's Aid System: A Death Trap

Israel has engineered this disaster, designed not just to withhold aid, but to punish those who seek it.

The world has been lied to. We’ve been told that the starvation in Gaza is a result of “poor logistics.” That’s not true. Gaza has food. Gaza has aid. It’s just being denied.

Instead of the humanitarian corridors and neutral zones promised under international law, Israel has replaced over 400 food distribution centers with just four unstable, militarized aid zones, where people have 30 minutes' notice to show up or risk missing out entirely.

As MSF field coordinators have shared: “If you’re on time, you may be shot.”

This isn’t the chaos of war. This is deliberate cruelty.

🎯 The Targeting of the Innocent

And it’s worse than you think.

1,838 killed and 13,409 injured at aid sites. But let’s make something crystal clear: these aren’t just “collateral damage.” These are innocent civilians—mothers, children, the elderly—shot dead for trying to survive.

Doctors have described scenes where people are gunned down for flour. A 70-year-old woman shot in the head. A 10-year-old boy shot in the head. Children, standing next to their parents, just trying to get food, are being killed by soldiers who have no fear of consequences.

Soldiers have been caught laughing as they shoot and maim unarmed civilians. Testimony from soldiers themselves has admitted this. Some have even called it a game—a twisted version of Squid Games in real life.

🚫 The Inhumanity of It All

This isn’t war. This is hunting. It’s sport.

In one of the most chilling testimonies, MSF doctors described children so traumatized by the aid system that they vomit when they try to eat. These children have already been starved, and now they’ve been terrorized by the very system meant to save them.

This is more than malnutrition. This is psychological warfare.

And yet, Israel and the United States continue to deny the world’s involvement in creating and perpetuating this humanitarian disaster. The evidence is overwhelming: This is a man-made famine, deliberately designed to break the will of the people of Gaza.
