This coming from someone with herniated cervical discs (rear end auto accident 2021) and bulging lumbar discs (was helping cousin move a glass TV stand 2017).
I literally overstand / feel your pain as I don’t go a day without pain that’s coupled with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, chronic post traumatic headaches, etc…
