It's so damn evil and disgusting.

I was also thinking this before and it crossed my mind that it is logical that by doing so, am I to be considered subversive? I also remembered the anti Vietnam war protests where ultra right wingers claimed that peace signs were commie hand signs. Very scary when Feds can do whatever.

He is a despicable savage…He has to answer to God….Hopefully State charges can be filed and the family can sue him for wrongful death and get the money he received.

The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows individuals to sue the United States for personal injury, property damage, or death caused by the negligent or wrongful acts of federal employees acting within the scope of their employment. However, there are exceptions, and claims must be filed within two years of the incident.

That was his reward from them. This will embolden others to do the same.

Shaun King's avatar

Exactly. It's a reward. They love it

We are the ones in an open air prison now, everyday I'm getting closer to leaving this forsaken land

It is feeling this way for sure.

Which means he's set to go free, free as the the Zionists

Shaun King's avatar

He will never be charged. Not even by Democrats. Minnesota may charge him, but not the feds.

Shaun, MSNOW reported that murderer Jonathan Ross actually put four bullets into Renee Good!!!

Shaun King's avatar

Today they reported this? Post a link here if you can.

I heard that report on Democracy Now a few minutes ago. The medical examiner's report showed 4 bullets, two to the chest one in the forearm, and a possible one to the left side of her head. At about the 6 minute mark.

If he is arrested and found guilty, will these wealthy people be found guilty of aiding and abetting him to have avoided prosecution? How about the government?

Shaun King's avatar

No they won't. I've worked cases like this all my life.

These people are complicit in Gestapo murder. Words fail my rage that they are probably my neighbors.

Richard Elmendorf's avatar

That is unbelievable! I really don’t like what America is becoming. Trump and all the Republicans need to be voted out.

On another note, why can’t Ross be prosecuted in Minnesota, under state laws?

David's avatar

Won't save his soul will it?

Shaun King's avatar

Not at all.

David's avatar

I must take care not to be consoled too much by that.

I’m posting this again. I want everyone to know there is at least one remedy:

The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows individuals to sue the United States for personal injury, property damage, or death caused by the negligent or wrongful acts of federal employees acting within the scope of their employment. However, there are exceptions, and claims must be filed within two years of the incident.

All violence originates in isNOTreal

This is the first step in normalizing the storm troopers, and the morons who contribute to or encourage such violence will wonder some day why they are being dragged to the gulag by the same thugs they championed.

George Floyd protests: A teenager had his mother drive him and his AR there. He killed 2 protesters, "heroically" taking out the one armed with a skateboard. A jury refused to convict him. He also became a millionaire.

Same protest: A 'protester, tossed a molotov cocktail into a CVS(?). Actual protesters chased him - he took refuge in his Precinct building

Lewis Powell, who deserves far more discredit than he has received, wrote some of the first, 1982, foul Qualified Immunity Precedents - which have in practice effected Absolute Immunity for police, prosecutors, judges. . . There is ZERO Constitutional basis for these . . .
