Do you see that dear Palestinian brother in the photo above? His name was Abdul Qader Siyam and if you’ve seen a horrific image of a mutilated body (I show it below) that was returned to Gaza - blindfolded, hands tied behind his backs with zip-ties, clearly tortured - it was him.

The Guardian just published the most damning receipts to date: at least 135 mutilated Palestinian bodies returned to Gaza carrying Hebrew document tags that trace back to Sde Teiman Prison, Israel’s notorious detention camp already under criminal investigation for deaths in custody.

What The Guardian just confirmed

“At least 135 mutilated bodies of Palestinians returned by Israel to Gaza had been held in a notorious detention centre already facing allegations of torture and unlawful deaths in custody… A document found inside each body bag indicated the bodies all came from Sde Teiman, a military base in the Negev desert…”

Gaza Health Ministry’s Dr. Munir al-Bursh: “The document tags inside the body bags are written in Hebrew and clearly indicate that the remains were held at Sde Teiman… The tags also showed that DNA tests had been carried out on some of them there.”

Doctors in Khan Younis: official examinations and field observations “clearly indicate that Israel carried out acts of murder, summary executions and systematic torture… clear signs of direct gunfire at point-blank range and bodies crushed beneath Israeli tank tracks.”

Nasser Hospital officials: the bodies carried “no names but just codes”.

Photo descriptions reviewed by The Guardian: victims blindfolded, hands tied behind their backs; one image shows a rope fastened around a man’s neck.

Whistleblower physician to The Guardian: one picture “shows the man had his hands tied likely with zip ties… a change in colour between the arms and the hands at the level of the zip ties, likely indicating ischemic changes due to excessive restraints.”

Physicians for Human Rights – Israel (Naji Abbas): “The signs of torture and abuse… are horrifying — yet, sadly, not surprising… Palestinians have been subjected to systematic torture and killings by soldiers and prison guards.” PHR: the evidence “leave[s] no doubt: an independent international investigation is urgently needed.”

UN Special Rapporteur Dr. Morris Tidball-Binz: call for independent and impartial forensic assistance to examine and identify the dead.

That is not “fog of war.” That is paperwork. Tags. Codes. DNA. Chains of custody. The system writing its crimes in its own handwriting.

Sde Teiman is the blueprint

We’ve reported on Sde Teiman for months: cages, blindfolds, shackles; detainees stripped naked; amputations after cuff wounds; sexual and physical abuse; dogs used to humiliate; prisoners from Gaza hospitals dragged to the camp and kept in diapers; 36 deaths under “investigation.” What The Guardian adds is the mass return of tagged bodies — a straight line from the camp to the morgues of Gaza.

And the injuries match the testimonies: point-blank gunfire, zip-tie strangulation of blood flow, tank tracks crushing limbs and torsos. This isn’t battlefield chaos. It’s custodial violence. It’s summary execution. It’s systematic torture.

All of this is happening while politicians parade a “ceasefire” to Western cameras. In the same week, 100+ Palestinians — mostly children — were killed, aid convoys were throttled, crossings stayed closed, and released hostages were re-arrested.

Call it what it is: not a ceasefire — a cover-up. A time-out for press conferences while the machinery keeps grinding.

If Israel can print the tags, where is the press?

If any other state returned 135 mutilated bodies with government tags pointing to a detention camp under criminal probe, it would dominate front pages for a month. There would be hearings, sanctions, and midnight briefings. But because it’s Israel — with Washington’s political cover — the silence is treated as sophistication.

Here’s the truth: silence is not neutrality. Silence is permission. The receipts are in Hebrew. The codes are intact. The tags say Sde Teiman.
