⚠️BREAKING: Leaked text messages from IDF prison guard on their rape, torture, and murder of Palestinian hostages.

According to an investigation by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, these words were exchanged by Israeli prison guards as Palestinian prisoner Thaer Abu Asab was beaten to death at Ketziot Prison in November 2023—and in other conversations describing the routine abuse of Palestinian prisoners.
Abu Asab’s offense that evening was asking whether there was a ceasefire. Prosecutors allege that guards entered Cell 6, beat him and eight other prisoners, and left him unconscious and bleeding.
The guards’ own messages, later seized by investigators, are sickening. They celebrated the bloodshed. They joked about batons. They described beatings as “routine.” One wrote about prisoners arriving with “busted kidneys.” Another announced that Abu Asab was receiving CPR and prayed that he would die. Another reduced the sequence to: “Boom, count. Boom, dead prisoner.”
