😡Infuriating viral video of man mocking Muslim kids as they pray. I promise you this will only turn people away from Christianity and towards Islam

My guess is that this man was likely armed and was probably hoping they would fight back so he could "stand his ground."

I don’t much to say here. Because what I want to say will get me in trouble. But let me tell you one thing I believe with every fiber of my being…

This isn’t going to make ANYONE want to be a Christian. Quite the opposite. This will only push people away from Christianity and cause them to be curious and open hearted to Islam.

But American Christianity has always struggled to separate itself from white supremacy. The two are so deeply intertwined that most of the atrocities committed by white men in this country, from slavery through lynching and beyond were not only committed by Christians, but most often committed in the name of Christianity.

This man thinks he’s being a Christian, but he’s really just being a bigot. The problem is - he can’t distinguish one from the other.

I propose a simple test for this man, or anyone like him.

If you are able to read, which I assume you might not be able to, try your best to read the Gospels of Jesus - which are the Books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, and tell me if you think the Jesus of those Gospels would play “Duck, Duck, Goose” on the heads of people why they are praying.
