It's absolutely infuriating. It's theft.

Thank you Shaun. This is an absolute disgrace and shameful that they spend such an insane amount of money in ONE MONTH, while people here continue to struggle to put food on the table, afford a roof over their heads, pay back student loans, send their children to get a good education, or recent college graduates find it exceedingly difficult to find a job. The disparity between the powers that be and "the rest of us" continues to grow wider, and everyone else pays the price for their greed and apathy, it's absolutely ridiculous

How?!! I couldn’t spend that much money if I tried! This really bothers me because I personally see so many struggling, and a lot of people don’t even realize what the taxes they must give are going to. The numbers are so large, no wonder they treat it like play money.

That doesn't include the obscene war on Iran, an illegal criminal attack. But be sure: the drug-soaked, obese, besotted American voter, 79 million of them, voted for this, and will vote for it again. Like a herd of stampeded cattle.

Thank you for these receipts

This is so absurd it hurts. Because I genuinely feel like this administration is starving the masses just for fun. There are medication shortages and they are cutting cancer care. This is so out of control.

“Use it or lose it” is not a justification. It’s a confession that the system is designed to reward waste.

I worked for a state office years ago that was of the "use it or lose it" mindset. At the end of the fiscal year, if we didn't spend our budget we'd lose it. Well, one year we had a bunch of money left and nothing was really needed, but our boss said we all had to have brand new desks to spend all the leftover money. What a waste!

Not saying it is right but as a retired service member. Steak and lobster was served in the dining facilities as a moral booster in the same way they have Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners while people are deployed.
