🌙 If you give once today, make it one of these two gifts for Gaza
Feed families at Iftar or sponsor an orphan—pick one lane and move now.
As-Salaam-Alaikum my sisters and brothers,
I want to keep this email simple and practical.
If you give once today, please let it be one of these two gifts for Gaza:
Option A: Fund warm Iftar meals for families in Gaza (immediate impact)
support the people of Gaza this Ramadan
Option B: Sponsor a newly orphaned child in Gaza (long-term stability)
support orphans with Shaun
For my Muslim family: these last nights of Ramadan are a time we press into mercy.
For my non-Muslim family: Ramadan is a season where people are trying to turn empathy into action—especially for those who are hungry and those who are vulnerable.
Gaza needs both kinds of help right now.
Meals matter because families have to break the fast every night.
Orphan sponsorship matters because a child who lost parents needs stability for the long road.
So if you’re stuck on what to do, here’s the simplest way to decide:
Meals = “feed a family tonight.”
Orphans = “care for a child long-term.”
Meals again: support the people of Gaza this Ramadan
Orphans again: support orphans with Shaun
A few things I always keep crystal clear:
Donations are tax-deductible where applicable (you’ll receive a receipt through the platform/charity).
This giving is Zakat-eligible / Zakat-verified.
And I do not receive a percentage or a single penny from either campaign—I take $0.
And if you already gave—thank you. The next best thing you can do is multiply it: please forward this email to three people and ask them to pick one—meals or orphans—today.
Thank you for being part of this family and for refusing to look away from Gaza.
Love and appreciate each of you.
Your friend and brother,
Shaun
