I can't believe my spine looks like that.
All of the bright spots are TITANIUM.
I feel like I'm part cyborg with all of these screws, rods, plates, and titanium discs.
The healing journey ahead is not easy, or fast, but I am trying to learn from it at each stage.
I will be in a neck brace for nearly 6 months, and if things go well, it will take nearly a year for everything to heal, but right now I am just taking it hour by hour.

It will be well worth it. I have a titanium cage in lower back. It does take a full yr for all the nerves to regenerate and body to line up but you’ll be fine. The neck as you know is a painful spot. Feel better and heal well.
