I can’t even imagine their pain, their fear, their trauma. How will they ever overcome this level of extreme trauma. They are people like us but the torture, pain and fear they are living is too much to bear witness to, let alone to live it. I try to imagine their horror.. then I feel my heart just might stop
when pictures speak louder than words. a family member collecting little pieces of human remains. A world where this is how you have to look for your family should not exist.
It makes me feel physically ill when I think of the vultures of the West dividing up Palestinian land for "development". They will build their resorts, bars and casinos on top of the remains of Palestinian men, women and children.
It’s so past heartbreaking. I can’t even come up with a word for it. Any nation that would stand up to help people like that man will gain their allegiance for the next 10 generations. And it could be America, but I know it won’t. That’s a fable that long stopped being believed in.
Perspective. What’s so hard about what we’re asking, Congress? Is it sift the rubble for your wife and children’s remains hard? Or do you just want to keep your lives as easy as possible while everyone else suffers for your convenience. I’m feeling it’s probably the latter. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any strength from Washington. What this man is doing is so troubled he should never even have to think about this. Having to think about doing this is torture.
I remember how the US Government claimed that workers in rice paddies ( men, women, elderly and children deserved to die because "everyone" knew they were all killing American troops - day and night.... seems like war mongers love to slaughter innocent folk , just to satisfy their arm chair generals and extremist . I freakin quit and got a worthless discharge.
If Americans knew what happens when chemical and biologicals do to people it might distract from radioactive bullets I guess. Resist!
