🚨 DOJ Official Caught on Camera Admitting Epstein Cover-Up
Joseph Schnitt, a top DOJ official, says on camera the government will release a “very redacted” client list, keep Republicans hidden, and protect Maxwell “to keep her mouth shut.”

On Camera: The Cover-Up Confessed
For years, survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse have said what we all know to be true: the government is protecting the powerful.
And now, a senior Justice Department official has been caught on tape saying it outright.
Joseph Schnitt, Acting Deputy Chief at the DOJ’s Office of Enforcement Operations, admitted on hidden camera that the Department of Justice will “redact every Republican” from the Epstein files, leaving Democrats exposed. He said the release of Epstein’s documents will be manipulated, politically slanted, and scrubbed of the names the public most needs to see.
His words are not speculation. They are not rumor. They are not “alleged.” He said it on camera. Full stop.
Two reasons this has not gone viral…
The video was filmed by the company run by James O’Keefe - the conservative who is a master of filming such videos. One can say they aren’t a fan of his while also admitting he’s good at doing stuff like this.
But the main reason it hasn’t gone viral in the mainstream media is that they are literally a part of the system and status quo themselves.
Protecting Maxwell, Silencing the Truth
Schnitt revealed something else just as damning.
He admitted that Ghislaine Maxwell — convicted sex trafficker, co-conspirator, and Epstein’s handler — was quietly transferred to a minimum-security prison.
That transfer violates Bureau of Prisons policy, because sex offenders are not supposed to be placed in minimum-security facilities. Schnitt said plainly why she got the deal: “It’s a benefit… to keep her mouth shut.”
Think about that. Maxwell was convicted of trafficking hundreds of girls to no one. She should be serving hard time, answering questions, and facing the public. Instead, she was given comfort and protection, so she doesn’t talk.
Thousands of Pages
Schnitt didn’t stop there. He confirmed that DOJ has “thousands and thousands of pages” of Epstein documents — but admitted that whatever has been released so far is old news, already public. Nothing substantive has been shared.
So while the government has told us again and again they are being “transparent,” their own senior official just admitted the truth: they’ve released nothing new.
Internal War Inside DOJ and FBI
Schnitt described infighting at the highest levels of law enforcement. He said some FBI officials want the Epstein files made public. Others, aligned with Trump insiders and former Florida AG Pam Bondi, are blocking release.
This matters because it shows the cover-up isn’t just apathy. It’s active. It’s intentional. It’s political. The fight isn’t over the facts. It’s over who gets exposed.
Survivors Knew It All Along
What Schnitt admitted on camera is exactly what survivors have been saying for years. They know the government is dragging its feet. They know the files are being hidden. They know the perpetrators — the men who paid to rape them — are being protected.
That’s why, just this week, six Epstein survivors sat down with NBC News and said they’re done waiting. “We know the names, many of us were abused by them,” survivor Lisa Phillips said. “If the DOJ won’t release the list, we will compile our own.”
The Outrage at the Center
Let’s remember the core outrage here.
Epstein and Maxwell were convicted for trafficking hundreds of girls. And yet, not a single client, not a single perpetrator, not a single man has ever been charged.
That fact should have set this country on fire. Instead, it’s been buried under redactions, secrecy, and bipartisan cowardice.
Trafficking requires traffickers.
Rape requires rapists.
Exploitation requires exploiters.
And still, every single powerful man in Epstein’s orbit has walked free.
The Pattern of Protection
Schnitt’s admissions are not a one-off mistake. They fit the pattern we’ve seen from the start:
2007 sweetheart plea deal that gave Epstein and all his “co-conspirators” immunity.
2019 arrest that ended with Epstein dead in federal custody, cameras broken, guards asleep.
2022 Maxwell conviction that proved the network but named no clients.
2025 DOJ review that claimed there is no “client list” at all.
And now, on hidden camera: a senior DOJ official admitting the redactions are deliberate, Maxwell is being protected, and nothing new has been revealed.
