☕ “Dear Mahmoud, we’re at your apartment, drinking coffee. You’re dead.”
Israeli soldiers laugh in a murdered Palestinian’s home. Genocide turned into entertainment.

In this 27‑second video, a group of Israeli soldiers sits inside a Palestinian home in Gaza, raising cups of coffee and laughing.
One of them says, “Dear Mahmoud, we’re at your apartment, drinking coffee. You’re dead.”
Everyone laughs. The video ends with mock toasts — like it’s a dinner party instead of a crime scene.
This is the face of Zionism’s cruelty and arrogance. This is what it looks like when the act of killing becomes entertainment.
What we’re seeing
According to the post shared by journalist @OunkaOnX, the footage was taken inside a home in Gaza belonging to a Palestinian man named Mahmoud, who had been killed in the genocide. The soldiers filmed themselves drinking from his cups, mocking his death — what the post describes as “mock tea‑time in the home of displaced/murdered Palestinians in Gaza.”
They call it humor. It’s desecration.
What we see here isn’t just individual cruelty; it’s occupational psychology — the dehumanization so total that someone’s death becomes a punchline. These men aren’t acting out of sudden rage; they’re comfortable, laughing, settled in for tea amid the ruins. They’ve been trained to see Palestinians not as human beings but as props in their own war movie.
This is what impunity looks like
The same army accused of mass torture, systematic rape, organ harvesting, and collective punishment now records itself mocking the dead. These aren’t rogue soldiers. This is a military that operates with full political protection, U.S. funding, and a global PR machine that calls this “self‑defense.”
Under international law, the desecration of a corpse, humiliation of civilians, and the appropriation of civilian property are all violations of the Geneva Conventions. But Israel has turned those laws into theater — breaking them on camera, confident that nothing will happen.

Objection — and the answer
“It’s just a few soldiers.” No. It’s a pattern — recorded again and again in Jenin, Rafah, and Gaza City. These scenes aren’t accidents; they’re the product of an occupation culture that teaches laughter over life.
“You’re exaggerating.” Watch the video. Listen to the laughter. No journalist added that sound.
“This is war.” No. War has rules. Genocide has habits. And this — this smug desecration — is one of them.
What accountability looks like next
The footage itself is evidence. Every uniform, every voice, every timestamp can be matched to a name. These videos must be entered into ICC filings, traced to command structures, and prosecuted as war crimes. No amount of laughter can erase the trail.
Because what we’re watching here — the mock tea, the jokes over a murdered man’s table — is not just moral collapse. It’s documentation.
