Community Conversation: How Do You Protect and Preserve Your Mental Health

Yesterday (October 10th) was designated as World Mental Health Day 2021. The theme of this year’s World Mental Health Day observation was “mental health in an unequal world”. Which leads me to ask you, our community, this question: what are some methods you use to protect, preserve and honor your mental health in a world rife with inequities/inequality? Or in what ways do you make space for your well-being?
