📗 This Time the Ethnic Cleansing Plan Was Announced on National TV
In a chilling report aired by Channel 12 News in Israel, the next phase of Israel’s genocidal campaign in Gaza has been laid bare — by its own chief political analyst.
Amit Segal, Channel 12’s top correspondent, calmly described Israel’s plan to forcibly remove nearly 1 million Palestinians from Gaza City in preparation for a military takeover. This was not leaked by activists or discovered in secret files. It was broadcast as a policy update.
Let me walk you through what was just revealed — and why every word matters.
🌬️ The Phased Takeover of Gaza City
According to Segal, Israel plans to issue an evacuation notice to the residents, allowing time for the construction of camps and field hospitals in central Gaza. Combat will be delayed during this phase to "prepare infrastructure" and to minimize the risk of international backlash.
In his words:
"Why the advance evacuation notice? To prepare infrastructure in central Gaza: hospitals, camps for evacuees... and also in light of Israel's international standing."
Once the infrastructure is in place, the next phase is the military occupation of Gaza City. Segal described it as the fall of the Strip's symbolic capital.
"I don’t think this will take a few months, but definitely a good few weeks."
🌻 Displacement Camps Are Not Aid. They Are the Operation.
Segal claims Israel will delay combat to build camps for civilians — but these are not neutral humanitarian spaces. They are displacement zones, constructed to facilitate the largest forced removal of Palestinians since 1948.
The language is soft. The policy is violent.
Under Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, "The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies." And more urgently: "Individual or mass forcible transfers... of protected persons from occupied territory are prohibited, regardless of their motive."
Segal’s announcement admits a planned mass transfer of protected persons, in coordination with a military seizure. That’s not a humanitarian pause. That’s textbook ethnic cleansing.
💰 Trump Is the Financial Architect of the Camps
Segal also confirmed that Donald Trump will give a speech in coordination with Israel’s actions, announcing an expansion of aid distribution centers from 4 to 16 per day. Alongside this expansion, the U.S. and foreign governments will pledge $1 billion in funding to build the infrastructure for mass relocation.
"$1 billion in funding, partly American, partly from other countries... This will essentially allow every Gazan to come and receive aid... while at the same time the symbol of the Gaza Strip — Gaza City — is falling."
This isn’t humanitarianism. This is imperial logistics.
The U.S. is not feeding Gaza. It is funding its soft removal.
🗳️ The Hostages Are Not the Focus
Segal tries to preempt public concern:
"Some of the hostages are being held in Gaza City — but most are believed to not be there. Hamas has previously moved hostages elsewhere."
This confirms what we’ve long suspected: Gaza City is being targeted not to rescue hostages, but to symbolically break Palestinian resistance. Even as Israel’s own war cabinet recently admitted that hostage negotiations were viable, they are being discarded for military optics.
And that too violates international law.
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court defines it a war crime to "intentionally direct attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking direct part in hostilities."
You cannot bomb a city of 900,000 civilians to try and win a war. Not legally. Not morally.
⚡️ This Is the Next Phase of the Genocide
What Segal describes is not a plan for peace. It is a media-normalized military campaign to finish what starvation began.
Israel has bombed Gaza, blockaded its food, burned its aid, and starved its children. Now, with U.S. funding and Trump’s blessing, it will try to physically remove its heart: Gaza City.
This is not rescue. This is not stabilization. This is not war.
It is occupation by design. It is genocide with logistics. And it is happening in front of us.

NO - this is unconscionable! Netanyahu and Trump blatantly direct the death of thousands of humans -- without shame; without fear of being held accountable; and as political figureheads of so-called democratic governments. This continuing crime has to be stopped, those responsible must be punished, and reparations made to the survivors. We are part of the generations who pledge to never allow the horrors of another holocaust. Yet we witness over 11 months of intentional torture/killing of babies, children, women, and men while Netanyahu and his sycophants, from his own government and from around the world, planned and continue to execute the worst of all crimes, that of genocide.
I didn’t see this coming. I feel so naive and stupid and so wrong about much of what I’ve believed. How have we watched this happen?
