I feel the same. I get that our relationship with Israel isn’t simple - but we couldn’t hold back munitions as leverage to stop the atrocities? I knew Schiff took AIPAC money but I thought he had a line. I think power warps people’s brains and we need term limits. Ok, so who do we have running to replace them? Meanwhile, public shaming is our only option until we oust them.
Until we can unseat them, and everyone else supporting Israel, we can take every opportunity to expose the horror of what’s happening: Israel is using its own version of “the final solution” against Palestinians. When Corey Booker makes an impassioned speech criticizing Trump supporters for abandoning workers, elderly, low-income and the horrendous results, ask Senator Booker how that compares to his support of the genocide occurring in Gaza. Hold each of our congressional representatives accountable. Then defeat them.
