While I agree that they should have to testify, I just can’t accept the idea that this is truly being a fair and unbiased approach that Comer is taking here when they have not subpoenaed Trump etc. I watched some of Smith’s hearing today with Jordan being a complete idiot (who didn’t comply with the Jan 6th subpoena), so let’s see a full and complete “trial” and not just Comer working on the distraction. We should be more concerned that the DOJ has not released all of the Epstein files. I enjoy reading your posts Shaun and while I understand your points, in this case I think that Comer is just trying to put the cart (Clinton) before the ass (you know who that is).

Maybe not, but it still needs to be said every time that people say that they refused to testify. To leave it out of the conversation constitutes leaving a relative part out of the story. By having the testimony given in secret it gives the Republicans the opportunity to shape the narrative of the testimony.

I believe they all need to be forced to publicly testify and then should be dealt with by the public depending on the severity of each of their personal crimes. No one should get away but they shouldn’t be testifying away from public eye and scrutiny.
