38: Estate Planning

Research shows that only 44% of Americans have a Will. Leaving the majority of Americans with no estate plan at all; with 47% stating "they just haven't got around to it" and 29% believing they don't have enough assets to leave to anyone. On this episode, we discuss what goes into an estate plan and why now is the time to "get around to it" no matter how little you may (think you) have in assets.
