🤲 24 hours to sponsor as many Gaza orphans as we can! And the winner gets a $15,000 prize for the orphans!
Sponsor 1 orphan for $99/month • Zakat-eligible • tax-deductible in US & Canada.
Family,
Starting right now, I am going all-in for 24 hours for the orphans of Gaza.
The fundraising platform, LaunchGood, is running a special challenge:
Whichever charity sponsors the most orphans in the next 24 hours will receive an extra $15,000 for their project.
I want that to go directly to our work with Human Concern International (HCI) for the orphans of Gaza.
I’m asking you, as plainly and urgently as I can:

What your sponsorship actually does
Gaza now has at least 20,000 newly orphaned children that have even been counted. The real number is almost certainly higher. Tens of thousands more children are critically injured, sick, or severely malnourished. Every single bottle of clean water has become a miracle.
In the middle of all of this, we are building a long-term, serious orphan sponsorship program with HCI.
Here is the commitment I’m asking you to make:
$99/month – the minimum it now takes to meaningfully support 1 orphan in Gaza
For 5 years – from now until 2029
This isn’t a one-time emotional click. This is you saying to a child who has lost everything:
“I will be there for you. Not just today, but for the next five years. You are not alone.”
If you can sponsor more than one orphan, please do. If $99/month is absolutely out of reach for you right now, give whatever you can – every dollar still goes directly to this project for orphaned children in Gaza.

Zakat-eligible, tax-deductible, open to everyone
For my Muslim sisters and brothers:
This project is Zakat-eligible.
Zakat is the obligatory charity we give each year; caring for orphaned children is one of its most beautiful uses.
Our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was an orphan. Our faith is built on people who showed up for him as a child. We are commanded, over and over again, to care for orphans. The reward is in this life and in Jannah.
For everyone, Muslim and non-Muslim alike:
Your sponsorship is tax-deductible in both the United States and Canada.
You don’t have to share our faith to share this work. Every tradition on earth honors caring for children who’ve lost everything.
Whoever you are, whatever you believe, you are welcome in this.

Why I trust HCI with my life – and your donations
I have spent the last 18 months studying what it would take to build a real, sustainable orphan program in Gaza – during this genocide, and long after it.
Here’s what I need you to know:
100% of your donation goes directly to Human Concern International (HCI) – one of the oldest, most respected Muslim charities in North America.
I have helped move nearly $4 million in direct aid for Gaza through HCI.
The Executive Director, Mahmuda, is a brilliant, compassionate, devout Muslim woman I know personally and deeply trust.
0.00% of what you give goes to me.
I do not have access to the bank accounts.
I do not even have the login credentials for this fundraiser.
I am now officially serving as an Ambassador for HCI, using my voice, but I do not receive a percentageof funds raised.
I ask hard questions. I push our team. I would not be asking you to give if I wasn’t fully convinced this is the best way for us to care for these children.
Tonight, I need you with me.

24 hours to change as many lives as we can
Right now, our project has already had over 1,200 donors step up. Our long-term goal is 3,000 donors committed.
For the next 24 hours, every new sponsorship doesn’t just help an orphan – it also pushes us closer to an extra $15,000 that will go straight into this work.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’ll do it later,” let this be the moment you actually do it.
Sponsor 1 orphan. Sponsor 3 or 5 if you can. Join with friends and family to sponsor one together.
Just don’t scroll past this and do nothing.

Love and appreciate each of you.
Your friend and brother,
Shaun

Well done Shaun. Fair play mate))
