New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that he was ending his candidacy for president. During a September 20 interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, de Blasio said he was dropping out of the 2020 presidential race, noting that he would continue to speak up for working people. “I feel like I’ve contributed all I can to this primary election and it’s clearly not my time, so I’m going to end my presidential campaign and continue my work as mayor of New York City and I’m going to continue to speak up for working people,” de Blasio -->
