The violent death of a Texas woman played out on social media as video of a Baytown Police officer fatally shooting her after she resisted arrest went viral on Snapchat and Facebook. Baytown Police said that an officer, described as an 11-year veteran with the department, was patrolling an apartment complex in the 1600 block of Garth Road in Baytown, Texas, at around 10:40 p.m. on May 13.
